We are a business dedicated to the production and distribution of bread and cookies in the city of Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Our company was founded in 2014. At the beginning of our entrepreneurial dream we had a very small baking room inside a grocery store with only 5 employees working for us. Like many other businesses we have worked our way up to become one of the largest distributors of central American style bread in the city of Houston. We currently have a 2500 sqft facility and manage more than 20 employees. We are pleased to have the possibility to bring the flavor of our countries to you. 

Jose and Pablo Sosa are originally from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. When they came to United States they had the vision to start a business, make Central American bread. Back in their country they learned the recipes and techniques to bake one of the most popular types of breads in Honduras. Traditional baking plus keeping the authenticity of the flavors  it has been the key to maintain their dream alive and satisfy the palate of the community.

 There is simply no substitute for hard work when it comes to achieving success. From only a few tray loads of bread and cookies a day to full shelves and displays in grocery stores is how we describe this journey. Currently we distribute our bread in more than 100 grocery stores being Fiesta Super Market, the largest distributor of Latin American goods and groceries in the state of Texas, one of our partners.
